Any subject relating my profession

I learn a lot during my 2 months atachment and 1 week event catering. during the 2 months attachment at rosette i got a few positions , entremetier , aboyer , stuff meal , saucier and potager. Entremetier are those who prepare veg , aboyer will be in charge of the kitchen flow , plating and calling of orders. saucier will be in charge of sauces and potager will be cooking soup. During the 1 week event its very fun because its fun. Im a Aboyer and Griller doing the 1 week event. Although there will be a bit of cork up but my useless exectative chef will help us. ok that's all bye.
